The Jukebox Graduate (Episode 04): The House That Built Elvis

Episode four of The Jukebox Graduate is a good old-fashioned conversation about music and how it makes us think. After explaining why JohnStamos does the intro Eugene Edwards talks about his visit to Elvis's childhood home. Cindy Wasserman briefly graces the show to introduce a song by her band Dead Rock West, plus we get to hear a track from the Sadies. After that the guys discuss how music has influenced their politics.

Dave Rayburn and Eugene go over new releases by Lana Del ReyLordeLukas Nelson, and the new duet album by Shelby Lynne & Allison Moorer.

Dave spotlights the Noise Noise Noise Records label and a new release by Andrew Liles. Then things get weird as the guys chat about "Frankie Teardrop" by Suicide.

And speaking of suicide, they talk about the price of fame.
