SINGLES: Episode 04 (Everyday Is Like Sunday)

Cléoma & Joe Falcon

Welcome home, everybody!

Uncertain times call for certain measures. We know that many of you have more time your hands than usual, or maybe you just need something to keep your mind busy while the world sorts itself out. Dave and Eugene have just the thing!

With SINGLES, The Jukebox Graduate will attempt to come to you more frequently with bite-sized mini podcasts to match your media consumption diet.

Eugene Edwards "A Week Of Sundays" (previously unreleased)     Ron Sexsmith "Hermitage" (released 2020)

In SINGLES episode 4 the secluded scholars go to the mail bag and address the reason for the recent radio silence as well as a listener request for an unreleased song from the Eugene Edwards archives. After hearing that rarity the guys discuss their recent listening pleasures including Ron Sexsmith, Fiona Apple, El Michels Affair, and Dave's recent Cajun kick.

Fiona Apple "Fetch The Bolt Cutters" (released 2020)     El Michels Affair "Adult Themes" (released 2020)

All in a day's work (from home) at The Jukebox Graduate!

  1. Catahoula was clearly an English song, but was an ode to a dancehall they frequented for about two years in east St. Martin Parish that was converted from an old school house. For more information about them and my family:
